JAMES F. HILL

CEO

James Hill is a decorated war veteran whose education started with a 2 years tenure at State Technical Institute Biomedical Engineer / Memphis, TN (1991 – 1993), then on to LeMoyne Owens College (1993 – 1996) where he persuade a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

Mr. Hill is responsible for implementing the strategic goals and objectives of the organization. Under his leadership, he has led several companies and developed a sales team that has drawn new clients and serviced existing accounts by offering transportation and supply chain solutions. His has successful organized, planned, executed, and monitored the sales and marketing function in support of company's corporate mission, goals, and profit forecast.

LOUIS MCKAY III

COO/Vice President

One major responsibility is finance; it includes errands for managing a breadth of staff functions and requires an individual who is both strategic and tactical. He oversees the general management of a program area and includes not only program development, delivery and evaluation but also fundraising, budgeting, knowledge management, and all external relationship management.

Mr. McKay has controlled project coordinating and day-to-day operations, including revenue and sales growth; expenses, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management. His career begin with Megajam records (1989-91) where he produced, supervised, budgeted, and coordinated the marketing strategies that charted more than 5 Billboard singles. Mr. McKay has overseen the production and budgets of the professional careers of the legendary Barkays, Al Green, Issac Hayes, BB King, Jazzey Fay, and the multi-platinum John Legend and more.

SARA COLLINS

CIO/Executive Admin Assistant

Mrs. Collins directs and manages computing and information technology. She overseas strategic plans, policies, programs and schedules. Her expertise brings tremendously added value for our business in the areas of finance data processing, computer services, network communications, and information management services. She is instrumental in helping us reach our corporate goals and objectives.

As a graduate from California State University, in Sacramento, she has earned a Bachelor of Science degree. She has served as the key catalyst to several major deals involving data and network integration .Her knowledge in her field has been featured in past Sacramento Business & Technology News and Sac-Town Magazine, to name a few.

VERA D. KYLE

Director of Finance & Operations

Vera is a graduate of the Stautzenberger College class of 1990, where she received an Associate’s degree in Business Administration. Vera continued on from 1991 thru 1992 pursuing her Bachelor of Science from Toledo University. She was immediately employed by the Shiners group AEAONMS Inc. located in Memphis Tn. where she was the administrator of accounts receivable, she continued there from 1995 to 2000.

In 2000, Ms. Kyle went on to form Kyle Investments an independent investment firm where she and her team arranged and negotiate large financial transactions. They are sometimes employed by investment banking firms to act as advisers to client companies and to initiate moneymaking ventures for their own firms.

Here Vera is responsible for planning, managing and analyzing all budgetary and financial functions of the organization, supervise contracts and scheduling, oversee contracts and bids for building related work, ensure compliance with insurance requirements, building codes, safety codes, and other applicable rules and regulations, She is tasked with the duty to provide staff support to the Board’s Finance, Investment and Audit Committees, oversee contract with IT consultant and review projects as needed. She provides staff support to the Board’s Facilities Committee.

I. L. BROWN

Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

Born I. L. Brown in Los Angela California, Mr. Brown has been responsible for the success of several multimillion dollar projects in which he executed the role of director. In the music industry Mr. Brown (L.A. Sno) organized and distributed the group Duice, which gave you the multi-platinum single and gold album with the same name "Dazzey Dukes". L.A. Sno then continued with production budgets and staff to produce several more multimillion dollar producing hits alongside major labels like So So Def/Columbia, and Laface Records. Now in the fitness industry Mr. Brown has utilized his expertise to supersede all expectations of Bally Fitness in Atlanta Ga. Mr. Brown has obtained National Certifications in Personal Training (NASM and AAAI). In a relatively short period of time, his new career has blossomed. He has become the Fitness and Nutrition Director for Bally Total Fitness, Atlanta, Ga.

JOEDAE L. JENKINS

Legal Technician

JoeDae L. Jenkins is a private practice attorney with over twenty-seven years of experience in the legal and acquisition arena. The office is engaged in the general practice of law with experience in litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, municipal law, real estate, probate and estate planning, along with experience and expertise in multi-million dollar acquisitions with the Department of Defense and Municipal Bonds.
